      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Plan and manage the delivery of small to moderately complex business and clinical system solutions
      - Oversee the development of project proposals, budgets, and ensure adherence to timelines
      - Manage assigned application business/clinical systems and services, providing leadership to project teams
      - Develop and recommend budgets for managed areas, ensuring financial goals are met
      - Collaborate with stakeholders to define project priorities, scope, and resource requirements

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field
      - Minimum of five years of applications project management experience
      - In-depth knowledge of systems and applications used in the healthcare industry
      - Demonstrated verbal and written communication skills
      - Proficiency in MS Office applications and experience with MS Project

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Professional certification, such as PMP
      - Previous clinical informatics experience
      - Master’s degree in a relevant field
      - Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
      - Experience in leading process improvement initiatives
