ResponsibilitiesThe IS Support Specialist installs, maintains, troubleshoots and upgrades the hospital’s computers, servers, phone and security systems. The IS Specialist troubleshoots a variety of technical support problems related to the hospital’s technology systems. The IS Specialist performs maintenance duties on all computer, phone and security systems.
Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to end-users
- Respond to support tickets and resolve issues in a timely manner
- Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware and software
- Assist with user account management in Active Directory and Windows Server environments.We are seeking a Support Specialist who is customer-oriented, detail-oriented, and has excellent problem-solving skills. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills and the ability to work well both independently and as part of a team.
