- Project management on an end-to-end basis
- Ensure appropriate framework is established by working with relevant teams, support, and control partners
- Produce high quality presentations and management information for senior management
- Research and analysis and provide subject matter expertise
- Coordinate communication projects, e.g., town halls, off-sites and employee engagement
- Coordinate ad hoc cross-functional working groups
- Develop relationships with lines of business and key support partners
- Proactively contribute to the improvement of operational efficiency and internal processes
- Ad hoc and special projects
- 2-5+ years of experience in general financial industry
- Strong analytical skills, with an investigative mindset and ability to use data to enhance efficiency and develop reporting to drive business insights.
- Strong partnership and relationship management skills; ability to work and effectively communicate across functions and organizational lines/levels.
- Prior experience managing multiple projects and deliverables while adjusting to changing deadlines.
- Strong presentation skills and the ability to present key messages, effective recommendations, and information in a clear, concise, insightful, and influential way.
- Advanced/Expert MS Office skills, especially Excel and PowerPoint
- Self-starter, high energy, and detail oriented; ability to work with minimal supervision -
- Proven ability to develop executive ready communications and presentations that synthesize data and tell the story.
- Ability to think strategically and join the dots across businesses
- Critical thinking/problem solving skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to work well in collaborative team environment, but also independently run initiatives

Job Description:
Investment Solutions Group (ISG) provides access to a comprehensive wealth management platform that can help clients easily identify and prioritize goals, create a plan and a personalized strategy. Through a highly effective investment process, the organization provides investment solutions across all product platforms and asset classes through a comprehensive due diligence and oversight process for client portfolios. It also coordinates the investment strategy for wealth management advisors and clients, harmonizing and distilling market themes, identifying trends and supporting our client-focused investing approach.
This role will report to the Head of Strategy and Business Management and will collaborate with the team that is responsible for executing and delivering our strategy for ISG as well as end to-end business management responsibilities across our division. It will manage diverse administrative functions for a large, complex business unit. Functions managed may include: financial control/budgeting and consolidation, personnel processes, audit/compliance, premises, and coordination of certain projects, associate training, Additional responsibilities may include process improvement, business continuity, or communication. May consult with senior management to define and manage projects that encompass and impact many associates. Requires a thorough knowledge of the department or business unit's functional area or products. Working knowledge of general bank policies, programs and procedures and financial/accounting practices.Responsibilities:
