- Serve as a primary point of contact with carriers and vendors
- Navigate and manage various information within multiple vendor portals
- Utilize and optimize the current carrier/vendor onboarding process
- Drive resolution of any escalations and issues affecting other departments such as strategic pricing, service delivery, service assurance/network operation center, product management and finance/billing
- Identify and implement cost-saving initiatives to enhance efficiency and reduce expenses
- Engage in negotiations to strengthen and maximize CCR's partner relationships
- Monitor, manage and support adherence to contract terms and conditions
- Maintain and improve documentation standards and requirements
- Spearhead reporting on carrier/vendor performance, ensuring provisioning, repair and billing SLAs are consistently achieved
- Enhance efficiency through cross-departmental collaboration and process improvements
- Act as the escalation point for resolving service issues with carriers and vendors
- Attend and represent CCR at any trade shows and network at other events, as necessary
- Prior experience in the telecommunications industry
- 4+ years in a similar role with existing carrier/vendor relationships
- Proven ability to build and maintain long term vendor partnerships
- Strong skills in contract and pricing negotiation
- In depth knowledge and understanding of contract and carrier/vendor management principals
- Excellent interpersonal skills and relationship-building abilities
- Demonstrated capacity to drive results independently with minimal supervision
- Team-oriented with a creative approach to problem-solving
- Ability to multitask, quick problem-solving and adapting in dynamic situations

ISP Relationship Specialist
CLASSIFICATION: Exempt
LOCATION: Cedar Rapids, IA or remote from one of the following states - Iowa, Georgia, Utah, Missouri, Arizona, Texas, or Florida.
EDUCATION: Bachelor's degree in business-related field or equivalent experience
EXPERIENCE: 4+ years' experience preferred
