What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Serve as the Scrum Master for ServiceNow development teams, facilitating Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning and retrospectives
- Provide exceptional customer service to end users and business stakeholders
- Identify and remove impediments to enhance team productivity and delivery
- Collaborate with Product Owners to prioritize the backlog and ensure user stories are well-defined
- Track and report on sprint progress, team performance metrics, and identify areas for improvement

What is Required (Qualifications):
- BA or BS in Computer Science, Technology, or Business discipline or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Scrum Master or in a similar role, preferably in a ServiceNow environment
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to coach and mentor team members on Agile practices

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Knowledge of ServiceNow is a plus
- Experience managing ServiceNow implementations using Scrum or other Agile frameworks
- Familiarity with ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, SPM, APM, CMDB, HRSD, and others
