      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Analyze application and interface problems, developing solutions independently and collaboratively
      - Participate in design discussions, contributing technical insights and formulating project scope and objectives
      - Document departmental requirements and troubleshoot application problems
      - Build productive networks with internal and external customers and the vendor community
      - Act as a subject matter expert for department functions related to system implementation and management

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree in a related field
      - Minimum of 1 year of experience in a clinical laboratory within a healthcare setting; blood bank experience is a plus
      - Strong organization and time management skills
      - Excellent customer service behavior and analytical problem-solving skills
      - Ability to function both independently and as part of a team

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - 3 or more years of experience with Cerner PathNet GenLab and Blood Bank Millennium, including system design, documentation, maintenance, upgrades, and troubleshooting
