What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Design, create, and maintain analyses and BI reports and tools to support clinical, business, and research operations
- Consult with users at all levels to provide solutions and contribute to high-impact organizational projects
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure accurate metric development and report maintenance
- Develop code using SQL and perform data analysis while adhering to quality standards
- Monitor team requests and prioritize work for team members, facilitating effective meetings in the manager's absence
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, Industrial Management, Logistics Management, or a related field
- Seven (7) years of experience in healthcare data analytics, business intelligence, or a related occupation
- Solid understanding of relational and multi-dimensional databases and schema design
- Expertise in T-SQL and skills in organizing and analyzing large datasets
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Word, and ability to learn new software as required
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Master's degree in relevant fields with five (5) years of experience or a Ph.D. with three (3) years of experience
- Experience in performance improvement or related analytics
- Familiarity with emerging technologies in business intelligence
- Proven ability to coach and train others in BI tool usage
