      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Lead, mentor, and motivate a technical team to achieve high performance
      - Manage the full lifecycle of IT hardware, including procurement and logistics for remote employees
      - Develop and execute the endpoint management strategy, ensuring security and compliance
      - Oversee daily support operations and ensure timely resolution of tickets
      - Analyze operational data to identify trends and implement workflow improvements

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 3+ years of experience in a supervisory IT support, help desk, or customer service leadership role
      - Strong understanding of customer service principles and IT service management (ITSM)
      - Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail
      - Hands-on experience with endpoint management tools (e.g., PDQ, Jamf) and software deployment best practices
      - Flexibility to travel based on business needs

      - Demonstrated ability to lead, coach, and motivate a technical team
      - Outstanding communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution abilities
      - Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and ticketing systems
