Job Description
- Req#: R8091
- Monitoring our ticket queue to identify new hardware deployments/ hardware replacement.
- Image new laptops with the latest Windows 10/11 OS then followed by the Auto-Pilot process.
- Configure ThinClients with the latest HPDM task.
- Ensure that equipment is clean and fully functional before sending out.
- Examines and inspects all returned equipment and take necessary action on based on the results of the checking.
- Coordinates with supplier/vendor for warranty claims for replacement or break-fix.
- Segregates equipment that is for disposal and when the set threshold is met coordinate it with the disposal vendor.
- All returned equipment found that is still in good working condition / restored back to working condition is to be prep again for redeployment.
- Properly record new asset.
- Update /maintain the inventory asset allocation file/software.
- Proper recording of asset movement IN/OUT/Disposal.
- Ensure that our vendors can deliver/retrieve equipment based on the agreed SLA.
- Record transactions with vendor for proper SLA tracking.
- Identify areas for improvement.

Minimum 1- 2years of experience into IT Assets Management , IT Procurement department.
Job Summary
The IT Asset Specialist will be responsible for providing onsite support for the office He/She will be assigned. Preparing hardware that will be deployed for users, including imaging of devices, basic hardware troubleshooting, maintain/update inventory records when new stock- arrives, deployed to user(s) or disposed, coordinate hardware delivery to our vendors. This position requires a solid understanding of supporting Windows 10/11 OS, Microsoft Office Suite, He/She should be able to communicate clearly in a concise manner with his/her colleague, manger, and users that we provide support. He/She should have capability to troubleshoot hardware issues, document resolution, follow different KPIs, SLA, Standard Operating Procedure that aligns with audit requirements for ISO 27001, SOC2 and SOX.
