What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Gather and document business requirements, configuration designs, test plans, and results
- Evaluate business processes, anticipate requirements, and develop solutions
- Lead reviews of business processes and develop optimization strategies
- Conduct meetings and presentations to share ideas and findings
- Perform user acceptance testing

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in business or related field, MS preferred
- Minimum of 7 years' experience in business analysis or related field
- Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills
- Competency in Microsoft applications
- Excellent documentation skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with WMS, Logistics, and ERP systems
- Integration/API project experience
- Fluency in Korean preferred
