What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Collaborate with project leadership and stakeholders to evaluate new projects and estimate delivery timelines
- Develop clear user stories, use cases, acceptance criteria, and process flows within Scrum teams
- Produce detailed artifacts to document project scope and ensure clarity in requirements
- Serve as a trusted advisor to stakeholders by identifying opportunities for optimization and clarifying needs
- Maintain high-quality documentation of requirements, business process flows, and system interaction diagrams
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field
- 3+ years in a Business Analyst role supporting complex technical products or systems
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to collaborate with executives and subject matter experts
- Working knowledge of Web Development, SDLC, Agile, Jira (or equivalent), SQL, HTML, XML; prior API experience strongly preferred
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in a Business Analyst role within the travel and leisure industry
- Familiarity with advanced analysis techniques such as process mapping and root cause analysis
- Understanding of the technical ecosystem, including front-end experiences and backend services
