What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Act as a liaison between IT, other departments, vendor representatives, and end users
- Install new releases, maintain existing applications/processes, and train users on application features
- Prioritize and implement requested changes to systems
- Troubleshoot problems and provide solutions for end users
- Maintain accurate documentation for applications, databases, and batch jobs

What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School diploma or equivalent; Associate's degree preferred
- Two years of IT experience if no degree
- Health Care experience preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products
- Strong oral and written communication skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- EPIC certification within six months of hire or transfer
- Experience in healthcare IT
- Additional certifications in IT-related fields
