What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Assist users and IT personnel with training and development of user documentation
- Evaluate, design, build, test, and implement software solutions to support information management needs

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or equivalent experience
- 3+ years of direct experience with large-scale enterprise information systems
- 3-5 years of experience in revenue cycle areas including patient access and health information management
- 3-5 years of experience in a healthcare-related field
- Practical experience with project delivery and systems development life cycles

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Master's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or Project Management
- 3+ years of Cerner Millennium experience
- Prior experience with patient financial services or health information systems
- Strong analytical, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of programming languages/reporting systems such as SQL, Java, and Cerner CCL
