What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Assist users and IT personnel with training and development of user documentation
- Develop system design and implement strategies based on operational needs

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Sciences/Information Systems/Business major or equivalent experience with 3+ years' direct experience
- 3-5 years of experience designing, implementing, and supporting solutions within the revenue cycle
- 3-5 years of experience working in a healthcare-related field
- Practical experience with project delivery and systems development life cycles
- Strong analytical, interpersonal, customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Master's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or Project Management
- 3+ years of Cerner Millennium experience
- Experience with Cerner Millennium Charge Services, Registration, Revenue Cycle
- Knowledge of HL7 ADT Transactions, SMART on FHIR, FHIR, and HL7 Interface Standards
- Solid skills working with PC and multiple software applications including Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, and Visio
