What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Control migration processes from development to production, ensuring successful transitions
- Support the administration of ChangeMan ZMF, Team Foundation Server, Azure DevOps, and related tools
- Analyze proposed changes to forecast impacts and ensure compliance with technical parameters
- Aid in the implementation of scalable environments and enterprise solutions
- Maintain documentation related to change migration, operations, and tools
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree and 3 years of experience in Change Management Software OR High School Diploma or GED and 7 years of experience in Change Management Software
- Proficiency in Change Management Software
- Strong analytical skills to evaluate processes and define customer needs
- Experience with Sarbanes-Oxley and change management audits
- Ability to provide technical guidance and support for operational efforts
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with Mainframe and Cobol programming
- Familiarity with ChangeMan, EnDeavor, IBM Rationale, BMC code pipelines
- Knowledge of DevOps and ServiceNow
