What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Participate in needs assessment, software design, implementation, support, and reporting
- Assist with data collection and the design of clinical workflows in collaboration with clinicians
- Conduct unit and integrated testing of software to ensure design objectives are met
- Develop end-user training materials and support training efforts
- Troubleshoot issues with vendor assistance and support hospital information systems

What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Equivalent / GED (Required)
- 1+ years of experience working with clinical applications (such as laboratory systems, radiology systems, and pharmacy systems)
- Understanding of JCAHO and HIPAA requirements
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work in a team environment

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree (Preferred)
- 4+ years in designing, configuring, testing, and maintaining Epic applications
- 2+ years of Willow billing experience with knowledge of 340B and HCPCs build in Epic
- Epic Application Certification (Preferred)
- Knowledge of MS Visio and Project
