      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Maintain the IT Risk Control Matrix to document key financial systems, controls, and testing procedures
      - Ensure proper accounting of SOX documentation for IT General Controls (ITGC)
      - Coordinate testing and evaluating IT systems and controls for SOX compliance, primarily in a SAP environment
      - Provide ITGC training and documentation as needed
      - Work with IT teams and business units to remediate control deficiencies

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's Degree in Business, Computer Information Systems, Management Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field
      - Minimum of 2+ years of relevant experience in IT
      - At least 2+ years of experience in IT Audit, IT Compliance, or IT Risk Management
      - Experience in a multinational company with complex integrated environments
      - Strong verbal and written communication skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - 5+ years of experience in progressive IT roles
      - Expertise with frameworks or regulatory requirements such as COBIT, NIST 800-53, HIPAA, PCI, or GDPR
      - Proficient in SAP GRC, including extracting audit information and defining reports
      - Project management skills in a complex IT organization
      - Experience with ERP systems such as JD Edwards
