What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Conduct comprehensive risk assessments of IT systems, applications, and business processes
- Maintain and contribute to risk management frameworks and methodologies
- Ensure compliance with relevant industry standards and regulations
- Collaborate with IT and business teams to implement risk mitigation strategies
- Independently manage and successfully complete multiple audits from preparation to closure

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or a related field; Master's degree is a plus
- 3-5 years of experience in IT risk management/governance or information security with a focus on IT compliance
- Strong understanding of IT governance frameworks and risk assessment methodologies
- Proven track record in IT risk assessments and mitigation actions
- Experience with multiple compliance frameworks, including ISO 27001 and CMMC

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Relevant certifications such as CRISC, CISM, CISSP, CISA, or RMP
- Experience with cloud security compliance and emerging technologies
- Knowledge of IoT and AI/ML security implications
- Previous experience managing end-to-end ISO 27001 audits
- Familiarity with handling audits in collaboration with various business units
