What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Act as an internal consultant leading analytical efforts to provide strategic recommendations to stakeholders
- Develop and maintain partnerships with key IT and Business stakeholders
- Lead Root Cause Analysis for complex issues and collaborate with stakeholders to develop solutions
- Coach product teams to understand application interdependencies and ensure clear documentation
- Present key findings and recommendations to C-suite level leadership to align on strategic paths forward
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 8+ years of experience in IT/technology-related areas
- 5+ years of experience in an advisory capacity, including IT consulting or process management
- Proven experience managing stakeholders and serving as the IT liaison across multiple business functions
- Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, systems, and foundational business principles
- Bachelor's Degree in IT, Business, Operations, Finance, or related field
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Master’s degree preferred
- Previous IT consulting experience
- Experience delivering in both Agile and Waterfall methodologies
