  As our IT Desktop Support Level 1, you will be the go-to person for our end-users, making sure their systems are running reliably so they can focus on what they do best. In this position you will work with our team in Brazil, US and Canada.

  Your role:

  · Support efficient usage of global IT solutions with a smile.

  · Train new system users, setting them up for success from day one.

  · Provide computer and peripheral support.

  · Update technical documentation, ensuring everyone has the information they need.

  · Execute the installation and testing of various IT systems.

  · Oversee data protection and the security of our systems and network.

  · Manage relationships with local IT vendors.

  · Administer IT processes and participate in exciting project execution.

  Who are you:

  · A solid understanding of IT and end-user systems.

  · A knack for problem-solving and a passion for helping others.

  · The ability to explain technical things in a clear and friendly way.

  · An understanding of how IT supports the bigger picture of a global organization.

  · A proactive approach and the ability to anticipate the needs of our management and employees.

  · Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with fluency in both Portuguese and English are essential.
