- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 suite
- Familiarity with documentation tools and platforms such as Confluence, SharePoint, or wiki systems

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Certifications in technical writing, documentation management, or related field
- Familiarity with ITIL or other IT service management frameworks
- Knowledge of IT security best practices and compliance standards
