- Own the delivery of a cutting-edge project portfolio—on time, in full, and within budget.
- Lead a global team of IT Functional Engineers, Project Managers, and Scrum Masters.
- Champion Agile & DevOps transformation across the domain.
- Ensure operational excellence from end-to-end service delivery to user satisfaction.
- Drive project success through strategic planning, risk mitigation, and progress tracking.
- Ensure your team delivers clean, harmonized data and user-friendly systems.
- Prepare the business for change with hypercare and training initiatives.
- Own the domain’s financial health—budgets, forecasts, actuals, and compliance.
- Lead vendor relationships and contract renewals with a focus on value and optimization.
- Grow and mentor a high-impact team with a modern, agile mindset.
- Foster collaboration across onshore/offshore and internal/external setups.
- Inspire a continuous improvement culture across people, process, and performance.
- 10+ years of experience in Supply Chain IT, with 5+ years in leadership roles.
- Proven track record managing large, complex project portfolios (including budgets > €10M).
- Hands-on experience in Agile/DevOps environments.
- A mix of technical fluency and business acumen.
- Excellent communication, strategic thinking, and people leadership skills.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT, Engineering, or related field.
