What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Support the development, implementation, and maintenance of a Business Resiliency & Recovery Program
- Manage coordination with technical units and application owners to ensure disaster recovery procedures are maintained
- Assist in the communication of changes to resiliency strategies with relevant client functions and leaders
- Coordinate Disaster Recovery testing, including scheduling, execution, and review of tests
- Establish effective communication channels for major incident reporting and updates to stakeholders

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, engineering, or a related technical or business discipline
- Minimum of 10+ years of progressive experience in crisis management, disaster recovery, and/or business continuity in a technology setting
- Demonstrated knowledge in various IT service functions, including cloud solutions and cyber security
- Strong relationship-building and problem-solving skills
- Excellent presentation and communication skills (verbal and written)

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Industry training and/or certifications directly correlating with IT Resiliency and Disaster Recovery
- Experience with RSA Archer
- Working knowledge of public clouds such as AWS, Azure, or Google
