      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Interact with client contacts to understand functional requirements and gather necessary information for application design
      - Analyze requirements and communicate results to developers and technical analysts
      - Proactively define functional solutions and manage user requests
      - Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including consultants, architects, and project managers
      - Drive innovation and transformation through technology solutions for clients

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - At least 2 years of experience in Financial Services environments
      - Degree in STEM disciplines
      - Experience as an IT Functional Analyst with a strong understanding of functional requirements
      - Good knowledge of core banking processes, including current accounts and anti-money laundering reporting
      - Proficiency in both Italian and English languages

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Knowledge of PL/SQL language
      - Familiarity with standard modeling languages (e.g., UML) and notations (e.g., BPMN)
      - Experience using tools for requirements management and analysis (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Trello)
      - Understanding of Agile methodology
