What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Contribute to managing the IT Risk and Control Library and document governance activities
- Produce deliverables such as process flows, procedure documentation, and assessment reports
- Monitor and ensure the proper design, execution, and documentation of controls mitigating business risks
- Serve as an advisor to the Director of IT Governance on risk-related matters and assist with audit and regulatory examinations
- Collaborate in developing a company-wide framework encompassing ITIL, CobIT, and ISO disciplines

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or IT-related field or equivalent experience
- Minimum three years of experience in IT Operations, Security, Risk, and/or Audit
- Advanced skills in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) required; GSuite preferred
- Understanding of financial institution governance and regulations including SSAE16/18, FFIEC, SOX, and ISACA/COBIT
- Excellent written and oral communication and presentation skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Technical Project Management and/or Business Analysis experience
- Ability to analyze and manipulate data across various sources including Excel and CRMs
- Experience in process modeling and procedure development
- Highly organized and detail-oriented; ability to work in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment
