      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Assess and document the employer's compliance and risk posture related to information assets
      - Lead the development and implementation of the information security risk management program
      - Develop and implement policies and practices to secure protected and sensitive data
      - Coordinate and track all information technology and security-related audits
      - Interact with various stakeholders to promote information security awareness and compliance

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 3-5 years of advanced IT skills with a high level of information security experience
      - Knowledge of information security risk management frameworks and compliance practices
      - Experience responding to and analyzing information security incidents
      - 2-3 years of planning and managing security projects
      - Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills, including formal report writing experience

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Familiarity with common security standards and regulations (e.g., PCI DSS, SOX IT General Controls, NIST 800-53, ISO2700x)
      - Ability to develop security standards and guidelines based on best practices and industry standards
