Maintain order status by tracking inventory in the database.
Develop and implement space planning strategies for efficient hardware inventory management.
Oversee the shipping and handling of IT equipment, including packaging, generating shipping labels, and conducting thorough shipment research.
Manage and coordinate the delivery, pickup, and relocation of assets within storage areas.
Conduct quarterly inventories to ensure asset records are accurate and up-to-date.
Foster and sustain strong customer service relationships with various teams, providing exceptional support for their hardware management needs.
Implement comprehensive asset tagging processes to maintain organization and accountability.
Take ownership of capital equipment management within the Property Management System.
Notify Capital Management to initiate equipment depreciation upon deployment.
Serve as the primary escalation point for any inquiries or issues related to capital property management.
Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 2 years of prior relevant experience, or An Advanced Degree in a related field.
Experience in one or more of the following areas: Asset Management (preferably IT equipment and peripherals), Inventory Management, Property Management, or Logistics.
U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contract.
Familiarity with IT Asset Management lifecycle.
Certification in IT Asset Management Certified (IAITAM preferred).
Experience using Jira.
Experience with Microsoft Excel.
Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs.
Ability to use a pallet jack.
Onsite: Employees who are working in Onsite roles will work primarily onsite. This includes all production and maintenance employees, as they are essential to the development of our products.

Raytheon Digital Technology is seeking an Asset Management professional to join our IT Asset Management team at our El Segundo, California location. This role involves managing IT hardware assets such as desktops, laptops, servers, racks, and other peripherals used in classified program spaces. Our Asset Management team focuses on efficient tracking, management, and optimization of our inventory processes to ensure faster hardware delivery times to classified program work areas.
