IT Infrastructure Lead (Citrix)

Advance your career as an IT Infrastructure Lead at Viterra. Your knowledge of Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops, Windows Server operating systems and customer service ensures the successful resolution of technical issues in the computing and workspace environments. What you’ll do

• Manage incidents encountered in the environment and resolve problems in systems, processes and services
• Perform security risk, vulnerability assessments, and business impact analysis and provide guidance on the application and operation of security controls
• Maintain security administration processes and investigate suspected attacks or breaches
• Oversee arrangements for disaster recovery and document recovery procedures
• Drive continuous improvement by evaluating, configuring, and maintaining operating systems, software, and equipment, creating reports and proposals for improvement, and assisting in the planning and implementation of new installations
• Configure tools to automate provisioning, testing, and development of new and changed infrastructure

What you bring to our team

• Lead the management and maintenance of Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops and its ancillary components
• In-depth knowledge of Windows Server and Windows Desktop operating systems including build, configuration, performance tuning and troubleshooting experience
• Supervise the packaging of applications with technologies such as Microsoft Configuration Manager or App-V
• Proficiency with the Citrix XenServer and VMware vSphere virtualization platforms
• Knowledge of Microsoft Active Directory, Group Policy Objects, and Microsoft Entra ID
• Govern the deployment and administration of third-party profile management and monitoring tools
• At least 10 years of relevant experience with a post secondary degree or diploma in Information Technology or a related discipline. Prior lead experience is an asset
• The ability to provide on-call technical support and the ability to work nights and/or weekends as needed
