What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Define and execute product vision and strategy for applied AI solutions across internal and customer-facing products
- Lead end-to-end product design for complex AI applications, including GenAI interfaces and intelligent automation
- Develop reusable product frameworks and design patterns to enhance platform team productivity
- Conduct user research initiatives to understand needs, behaviors, and pain points of AI product users
- Establish continuous feedback loops between users, product teams, and platform teams
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 15+ years of experience in product design, service design, UX/UI design, or product management roles
- Demonstrated experience designing AI/ML products and platforms in enterprise environments
- Proven track record of creating successful digital products from concept to launch
- Strong background in both consumer-facing and enterprise B2B product design
- Expert-level proficiency with design tools such as Figma, Sketch, and Adobe Creative Suite
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Hands-on experience with GenAI platforms and understanding of prompt engineering
- Knowledge of responsible AI principles, bias mitigation, and ethical AI design
- Experience with data visualization and designing for complex data sets and analytics
- Strong user research skills, including interviews, surveys, and usability testing
- Ability to build business cases and ROI models for product investments
