Job Description
- Req#: R6440
- Acting as a liaison between business and development team to help clarify requests.
- Working with tech leads to create short/long term project plans including milestones and phases
- Owning and managing the product backlog
- Working with business and tech leads to document/flesh out up next projects
- Ensuring business value and high-level scope are clearly defined
- Serving as a gatekeeper for high-level requirements
- Obtaining consensus on project scope through conversations with business stakeholders and tech leads
- Organizing and collecting business requirements
- Providing frequent communication to business on project status
- Perform UAT and gather end-user feedback to validate solutions and refine product functionality
- Serving as a point of contact for projects involving multiple units to ensure efficient cross-team coordination
- Understands technical aspects of feature implementations to support feature discussions with business and technical leaders
- Setting up project Demos with business stakeholders
- Bachelor’s degree required, experience in auto-finance industry preferred
- 2+ years of Product Manager/Owner or relevant experience in a fast-paced business environment
- High-level knowledge of various project management methodologies (i.e. agile/scrum)
- Experience in capturing and articulating business requirements to agile development teams
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex business and technical requirements into actionable plans
- Experience using Microsoft product suite: Word, Excel, Visio, Project (Or other various project management tools such as monday.com or Jira)
- Experience with customer facing applications
