What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Own the product roadmap, backlog, and lifecycle for Salesforce and Business Central, aligning with business goals
- Serve as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams for both platforms
- Develop project plans, track milestones, and drive timely delivery of business outcomes
- Act as Scrum Master in Agile environments, facilitating sprint planning and retrospectives
- Communicate system updates and process impacts effectively across business units
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in Technology, Business, or a related field is a plus
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Product Owner, Project Manager, or Sr Business Systems Analyst with accountability for Salesforce and Business Central
- Deep expertise with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and Salesforce
- Strong understanding of Project Management and Agile methodologies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective stakeholder interaction
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Advanced degrees or certifications in project management or Agile methodologies
- Certifications such as Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO), PMP, or similar Agile certification
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and projects in a fast-paced environment
- Strong analytical skills to translate data into actionable insights
