What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Collaborate with the IT Deployment Manager to plan and execute projects related to office builds and strategic objectives
- Manage the deployment of IT hardware, including laptops, mobile devices, and peripherals, ensuring alignment with the hardware asset management lifecycle
- Develop and implement efficient processes and workflows for hardware asset management
- Build and maintain relationships with cross-functional teams and stakeholders, ensuring effective communication
- Utilize project management tools like Jira to track progress and manage project execution

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Proven project management expertise, including the ability to develop comprehensive project plans
- In-depth knowledge of global IT hardware asset management and hardware lifecycle management
- Strong collaboration and communication skills to build relationships with stakeholders and teams
- Experience managing vendor relationships for equipment procurement and deployment
- Proficiency in using project management tools such as Jira and familiarity with Scrum/Kanban methodologies

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience working with international vendors and managing importation projects
- Familiarity with additional tools such as Zendesk, Oomnitza, and Lucid Chart
- Understanding of customer satisfaction metrics to support internal customers like VIPs and Engineers
