What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in project management, business administration, or a related field
- 1-2 years proven experience in managing projects, preferably in a similar industry
- Exceptional problem-solving, analytical, and organizational skills
- Excellent written and oral communication skills, including presentations
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Smartsheet

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- PMP certification preferred
- Knowledge of Process Improvement methodology; LEAN-Six Sigma for healthcare training is desirable
- Working knowledge of healthcare payment models and revenue cycle management
