What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop and manage project plans, schedules, and budgets for IT projects
- Coordinate internal resources and third-party vendors for effective project execution
- Ensure timely delivery of projects while adhering to scope and budget constraints
- Perform risk management to minimize project risks and escalate issues as needed
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation and present status reports to management
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Computer Science, or related field
- Over 5 years of proven experience in IT project management
- Certified PMP and Certified ScrumMaster (CSM)
- Proficiency in Project Management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid, SAFe)
- Strong skills in Requirements Gathering & Documentation
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in IT Operations & Infrastructure Modernization
- Knowledge of Cybersecurity Compliance (NIST, HIPAA)
- Proficiency with tools & platforms such as Jira, Azure DevOps, and ServiceNow
- Expertise in Risk Management, Change Control & Mitigation Strategies
- Experience with CAPS Business Process and Gateway Integrations
