      Title: IT Project Manager IV - Remote

      Location: 100% Remote Role. EST Hours required, but could be flexible to CST

      Duration: 6 Months with possibility of Extension into 2026 based on demand

      In general, requesting resources to be onshore, able to travel to Charlotte, NC or Client, NY. Travel would be as needed, 1-2 times per year.

      Located near Charlotte, NC or Client, NY (Preferred, but not required).

      Might ask to travel 1-2 times a year to meet the team (expenses paid)

      Description
      • The global IT Function aligns IT with business strategy, leverages IT investments, and optimizes business processes and information integration technologies. These efforts enhance the client's competitive position through IT-enabled processes.
      • IT also provides cost-efficient applications, infrastructure, and project services globally.
      • Client's projects are moving towards Agile methodologies, so more experience in Agile and Scrum are preferred


      Role Purpose
      Create communication plans for projects or programs, detailing expected timing and methods, including status updates, stakeholder interactions, milestone announcements, governance correspondence, and required project metric reporting.
      • Oversee the project's alignment and deliverables with the Global Sourcing Partner (Vendor), in collaboration with clients Vendor Management office.
      • Monitor and aid in resolving all project or program issues by utilizing tools like RAID Logs, Risk Registers, Issue Logs, or the Planview platform.
      • Facilitate immediate project feedback through retrospective meetings or lessons learned discussions.
      • Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, encouraging a culture of openness, learning, and continuous improvement.

      Key Responsibilities
      • Manage and oversee all aspects of multiple concurrent projects and resource teams involving a specific product or domain, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
      • Employ Agile methodologies throughout the development lifecycle to facilitate continuous improvement and process optimization.
      • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including stakeholders and development teams, to facilitate effective communication and collaboration.
      • Develop project plans and schedules, financial tracking, risk management plans, and project documentation, update and maintain project documents for the duration of the project.
      • Ensure adherence to all Client Quality Processes and maintain required artifacts in the project repository, which includes compliance with mandatory Governance and Compliance models, such as SOX, NIST, and DoD, based on the project's Risk Score.
      • Act as a servant leader to team members to meet key milestones and resolve technical or operational problems.
      • Frequently connect with customers, including sponsors, key stakeholders, and end users, to comprehend their needs and the value of the solution or service that will be provided to their business.

      Education - Required
      • A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is a minimum requirement.
      • Bachelors' degree is required
      • A Master's degree or relevant certification would be considered advantageous.


      Certification - Required
      • Project Management Institute PMP Certified
      • PMP certification from PMI is a Must have - Active certification


      Experiences
      • Minimum of 7+ years of experience in project management, with a focus on IT and software development projects.
      • Strong understanding of business and operational processes, with the ability to articulate these processes to others.
      • Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate, inspire, and direct team members.
      • Excellent communication and people skills, with the ability to interact effectively with all levels of the organization.
      • Strong critical thinking skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle stress and pressure in a fast-paced environment.
      • Demonstrated conflict resolution and negotiation skills, with a track record of resolving complex issues among team members, stakeholders, and vendors to ensure project continuity and success.
      • Ability to influence without authority
      • Self-directing with the ability to manage tasks that are unclear in nature

      7+years as Project Manager, should be able to Multi-task
      Must have led multiple workstreams - large scale implementations projects
      Must have worked on multiple projects at same time
      Will lead 2-3 projects at same time
      Understand / strong experience with Agile and Waterfall methodologies
      Scrum or Agile certification is desired
      Domain Experience for 3-5 years

      • Technical Domain Knowledge as Project Lead in at least one of the following areas:
      o SAP ECC - directly led SAP ECC implementations, upgrades, cutovers, and testing cycles
      o Salesforce.com - directly led SFDC implementations, upgrades, cutovers, and testing cycles
      * o Manufacturing Engineering Systems/Production Traceability - directly led MES implementations, upgrades, cutovers, and testing (Ex. Camstar)
      o M365 product suite - directly led implementation of M365 product suite, including Teams, MS Exchange, SharePoint Online, Copilot, upgrades, cutovers, and testing
      * o Application Rationalization - directly led decommissioning of applications,s including migration strategy, product sets (BizTalk, Boomi, Informatica, etc.), cutovers, and testing
      o UKG Pro product suite - directly led implementation of UKG Pro finance/HR product implementation,n including upgrades, cutovers, and testing cycles

      Skills & Certifications Desired
      • Knowledge of Product Service Delivery Model.
      • 7+ years of prior experience as a Project Manager with domain experience (ERP, SFDC, Supply Chain, Cyber Security, Manufacturing Engineering Systems, Data Integration, Infrastructure, etc.).
      • 5+ years of direct supervisory experience of virtual teams.
      • Experience using Planview Modules for Portfolio Management, Project Place, and Agile Place
      • Experience using Agile Tools such as Kanban Boards, JIRA, Confluence, GitLab, or Planview.
      • Experience with Digital Transformation and automating manual project management processes.
      • Scrum Certified
      • Agile Certified
      • Domain Certifications in SAP, SFDC, Cyber Security, Manufacturing Engineering Systems, and Infrastructure.
      • MES experience is a higher priority - Camstar
      • SAP ECC project experience
      • Salesforce project management experience
      • Also, a priority will be experience in Application Rationalization/Integration like Middleware tools - Boomi, BizTalk, Informatica or experience in collaboration space with M365 would be preferred , good communicator, manage Stakeholders, maintain risk logs, Experience in managing Project Financials is preferred

      • Interview Process: If selected for pre-screening, will complete a pre-screening video interview with the supplier.
      • If selected for the client interview, there will be a 1-hour panel video interview with the hiring team
