What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage projects with interdependencies, ensuring timely completion within budget
- Create and oversee project schedules, securing necessary resources from functional leads
- Develop and implement risk management plans to address project challenges
- Evaluate change requests and make recommendations for action
- Mentor project coordinators and less experienced staff in project management best practices
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 5 years of IT project coordination or management experience
- Strong understanding of Agile, Predictive, and Hybrid Methodologies and Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC)
- PMI-PMP or PMI-ACP Certification
- Minimum of 3 years of senior-level IT professional experience in roles such as Sr Software Developer or Business Analyst
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Experience working directly with diverse business and IT technical team members
- Proven ability to drive results independently with minimal supervision
