What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Plan and manage the daily activities of the project team
- Identify and assess project dependencies, providing timely, solution-oriented recommendations
- Establish and actively monitor project performance through associated measurement criteria
- Conduct monthly reviews of project financials in alignment with the monthly closing process
- Maintain resource planning, including internal assignments, conflicts, and augmentation efforts
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in business, computer science, or a related field
- Minimum of 6 years of progressive experience in the project management field
- Expert knowledge in project management best practices, development lifecycles, and supporting tools
- Demonstrated experience managing projects using both Waterfall and Agile frameworks
- Proficient in project management software and Microsoft Excel
