What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Conduct regression testing to ensure clean releases of web applications
- Identify, analyze, and document issues related to application functionality
- Collaborate with QA Manager, Business Analysts, and Developers on application defects and enhancements
- Verify that new functionality meets the requirements of functional specifications
- Create and maintain clear documentation using the internal Project Management and issue tracking system
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent industry experience of 3+ years in quality assurance testing
- Proven experience testing applications across multiple browsers and devices
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to learn new systems and processes quickly in a fast-paced environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with a project management system such as Scrumwise
- Travel experience is a plus
- Ability to work flexible hours based on release schedules
