What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage testing for complex projects with minimal management supervision
- Prepare test artifacts such as test strategy, test plan, and test closure documents
- Coordinate test planning and execution activities, ensuring complete test coverage
- Train and mentor business resources selected for business testing
- Document risks and escalate issues, providing recommendations for prompt resolution
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 5+ years managing testing for highly complex projects with minimal management supervision
- 5+ years managing business testing (User Acceptance Testing) in the banking/financial industry
- 5+ years in a highly matrixed organization using Agile and Waterfall methodologies
- 5+ years creating or supporting the development of Test Strategy, Test Plan, and Test Closure documents
- 3+ years using JIRA and JTMF (Jira Test Management Framework)
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Prior banking experience
- Experience in creating training materials and disseminating content to other groups
- Familiarity with leading fraud/regulatory testing efforts
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to teach and mentor others
