      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Source, screen, and select qualified IT professionals to meet clients' staffing needs
      - Utilize various recruitment channels, including social media platforms, job boards, and networking events, to attract top talent
      - Conduct initial screenings, interviews, and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills, qualifications, and cultural fit
      - Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates
      - Collaborate with clients to understand their specific hiring requirements and provide support throughout the hiring process

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
      - Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT recruitment, preferably in a staffing or consulting environment
      - Strong knowledge of IT roles, technologies, and job market trends
      - Proven track record of successfully sourcing and placing IT professionals in various industries
      - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and candidates

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Proficiency in ATS (Applicant Tracking System) software and other relevant recruitment tools and platforms.
      - Experience in digital, ERP, and larger IT services recruitment
