What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Participate in internal and external compliance audits
- Provide continuous monitoring of security against client contract requirements
- Develop policies, procedures, and automated processes to ensure IT environment compliance
- Facilitate security and IT compliance in a hybrid, multi-tenant infrastructure
- Conduct risk assessments and security impact analyses of information systems

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Current security compliance certification such as CISA, CISM, CRISC, or SSCP
- At least 5 years of experience in IT security, risk assessment, or compliance in a government contract environment
- Experience with GRC systems or IRM systems for tracking and monitoring multiple systems and assessments
- Knowledge of current privacy regulations such as CCPA/CPRA, GDPR, and HIPAA Privacy Rule
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Previous experience working with the HIPAA Security and Privacy Rules, as well as the HITRUST Common Security Framework (CSF)
- Experience with FedRAMP and FISMA, including the review and development of ATO security documentation
- Bachelor's degree in management information systems, Computer Science, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field
