What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Monitor the health and performance of Microsoft 365 and perform proactive measures
- Review and respond to system alerts and logs
- Develop testing plans for new features, policies, workflows to be implemented
- Write and maintain documentation for procedures, processes, and configurations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure best practices and security measures are implemented

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Graduation from a Community College or Technical School in an information technology related field and three (3) or more years of work experience in an information systems department
- Thorough knowledge of Microsoft 365 including Identity, Endpoint, Exchange, Compliance, Security, Teams, and SharePoint
- Familiarity with the NIST 800-53 Framework
- Ability to prioritize work, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects
- Strong verbal and written communication skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree in an information technology related field and one (1) or more years of work experience in an information systems department and network security
