What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Troubleshoot high complexity end-user issues and workflow problems for departmental users and medical staff
- Act as a consultant to healthcare professionals regarding the utilization of pharmaceutical therapies
- Provide education and support for the implementation of pharmacy projects and initiatives
- Analyze business operations and prioritize requested changes to the system
- Mentor and train new pharmacy employees, students, and interns
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Certification in Willow Inpatient
- Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy Sciences from an ACPE-accredited college of pharmacy
- 5+ years of healthcare, consulting, or IT-related experience with an advanced understanding of application software deployment
- Exceptional interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
- Ability to independently prioritize and manage individual workload
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Pharm D., Doctorate in Pharmacy from an ACPE-accredited college of pharmacy
- 8+ years of healthcare, consulting, or IT-related experience demonstrating advanced software deployment understanding
