- Meeting with development manager to discuss software projects.
- Lead the design, development, and implementation of complex software applications
- Mentor and coach junior developers to improve their skills and knowledge
- Stay current with emerging technologies and provide recommendations for implementation
- Managing project timelines and tasks
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and solve complex business problems
- Reporting on project statuses and developments to senior team members.
- Creating technical documents for new software programs
- Conducting UAT (User Acceptance Testing).
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or a related field to Information Technology
- 8 years of experience in IT industry and 5 years of experience in software development
- Expertise in C#.NET/Java/Python and web development
- Good understanding of HTML5, and JavaScript.
- Knowledge of Web-Service and Service Oriented Architecture
- Good working knowledge of a relational database.
- Debugging and maintaining written code.
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to learn new software and technologies quickly.
- Ability to follow instructions and work in a team environment.
- Identifying and handling technical risks and issues.
- Experience with working in an Agile Environment
- Working Experience in VBA Excel Macro
- Basic understanding of Cloud platforms (AWS or Azure)
- Knowledge of Power Automate Flows
- Enhance and resolve defects in existing PowerApps connected to SharePoint
