      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide technical support for 1st-3rd tier issues for over 1500 end-users in a Microsoft Desktop environment
      - Analyze, install, configure, troubleshoot, and maintain computer workstations and associated peripherals
      - Manage service requests, incidents, and problems using ITIL methodology
      - Offer front-line support to management, providers, and staff regarding computer and network usage
      - Remain on-call in a rotating system and prioritize calls based on urgency

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High School Diploma plus some technical training
      - Minimum of 2 years’ experience in computer support and repair
      - Proficient in Windows desktop OS, Mac OSX, and mobile operating systems (iOS, Android)
      - Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (2019/365), eClinicalWorks, and remote support utilities
      - Ability to read and interpret technical documents and communicate effectively

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with Active Directory technologies and network protocols
      - Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
      - Previous experience in a healthcare-related IT support role
      - eClinicalWorks Help Desk certification
