      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Deliver remote user support services using Bomgar and manage the ServiceNow ticketing system
      - Perform troubleshooting tasks such as password resets, AD account unlocks, and printer configurations
      - Log, route, categorize, and escalate incidents and service requests as needed
      - Communicate effectively with users regarding the status and resolution of incidents
      - Collaborate with ITSD teams and management for complex issues

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 3 years of helpdesk experience in a technical support role
      - Technical knowledge of Windows desktop and laptop hardware in a business environment
      - At least 1 year of experience with Active Directory support
      - Strong problem-solving and effective communication skills
      - CompTIA A+ certification required, along with relevant Microsoft certifications

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with Ivanti EPM for over 1 year
      - Familiarity with Exchange and/or Office 365 support
      - Proven track record of job tenure without frequent job changes
      - Relevant certifications such as CompTIA and Microsoft are a plus
      - Strong attention to detail and customer service orientation
