- Lead the service management change program for Outokumpu IT.
- Define roles and responsibilities, manage suppliers, and oversee performance reporting.
- Ensure alignment with other dependent activities and promote efficient practices across the organization.

- Experience in SAP ERP environments.

- Experience working across multiple levels and functions within an organization.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.

Outokumpu , a global leader in stainless steel, is looking for an IT Service Lead to join our team, preferably in Helsinki.
The Role :
As the IT Service Lead, you will spearhead the development and implementation of a new IT service delivery model across Outokumpu IT. Following the successful rollout, you will take on the lead of one of our key service areas.
