      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Participate in solution design to meet diverse business needs
      - Analyze and translate business requirements into technical specifications and design documents
      - Provide post-implementation support, including monitoring application performance and debugging code
      - Keep updated on technological advancements to leverage new solutions for business challenges
      - Develop backend services in C#/.NET and frontend applications using Angular

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or a related discipline preferred
      - Minimum of 2+ years of software development experience
      - Strong proficiency in backend development using C# with .NET
      - Familiarity with SQL, relational modeling, and Entity Framework
      - Effective communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with message-driven processing and familiarity with NServiceBus or similar frameworks
      - Understanding of containerized environments and experience with Docker
      - Knowledge of secure coding practices and compliance requirements
      - Ability to quickly learn new technologies and business processes
      - Experience in agile software development methodologies
