      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Participate in solution design to meet diverse business needs
      - Analyze and translate business requirements into technical specifications and design documents
      - Provide post-implementation support, including application performance monitoring and debugging
      - Stay updated on technological advancements to enhance business solutions
      - Develop backend and frontend applications and services using C#/.NET and Angular

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related discipline, or equivalent work experience
      - Minimum of 5 years of software development experience with strong proficiency in key competencies
      - Experience in developing backend web services (RESTful APIs) and frontend applications
      - Familiarity with SQL, relational modeling, and message-driven processing
      - Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle and agile delivery models

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with containerized environments and AWS tooling
      - Familiarity with caching solutions like Redis and messaging frameworks like NServiceBus
      - Proficient in secure coding practices and compliance standards
      - Ability to produce clear documentation for long-term maintainability and onboarding
      - Experience with AI-assisted tools and understanding of organizational data-handling policies
