- 44 months of experience providing IT support in a Child Welfare environment. Child welfare is defined as child protective, foster care / permanency or preventive services.
- 44 months of experience providing implementation support services for new application builds in a child welfare environment. Child welfare is defined as child protective, foster care / permanency or preventive services.
- 44 months of experience providing on-site user support for a large scale (15k + users) distributed child welfare application. Child welfare is defined as child protective, foster care / permanency or preventive services.
- 44 months of experience working on a large scale (15k+ users) roll out starting with a needs assessment, moving to production rollout and ending with ongoing support.
- Bachelor's Degree
HBITS-07-14246Day to Day tasks to be performed by candidate include:
• Provide CONNECTIONS user support via in-person, email and telephone
• provide direct, on-site instruction to individual users and small groups
• provide instruction on newly released functionality
•deliver presentations to line staff
•monitor compliance with data entry requirements
• review training materials
• provide technical assistance with data warehouse
